Who we are...

We are Splendid Hospitality Group, the operator and developer of a portfolio of 20 hotels with over 2,000 bedrooms. We are one of the UK's fastest growing privately-owned hotel groups and have made a name for ourselves through our design, construction and operation of a full range of hotel styles and locations across the UK, ranging from limited service to luxury.

Our portfolio includes the 292 guest room Hilton London Bankside situated in the heart of London's vibrant Bankside and Yorkshire’s only 5-star hotel The Grand,York.

The Splendid Family cover a wealth of experience across a variety of talents ensuring that our group is well positioned to achieve our vision to be a Centre of Global Excellence for hospitality, and an Employer of Choice.

There are 20 different hotels in our current portfolio spread from London across to Bristol and up to Edinburgh. Our group enjoys the support of major brands such as IHG, Choice, Accor and Hilton.

Our success depends on the strengths and skills of our people we work alongside in our Splendid Family. Everything we do starts from the ‘Splendid Hospitality Way’ which is our way of looking after everybody to help them succeed, have fun and keep guests and other staff members happy. From our senior team, right across all of our hotels, everyone is committed to the ‘Splendid Hospitality Way’. It works! If you are happy at what you do, it’s easy to deliver genuine service and create those extraordinary experiences.
