We are looking for a friendly and costumer focused Bartender who has a real flair and passion for service and creating high quality drinks to our guests to join our friendly team at The Grand Hotel & Spa.

Position Purpose

Offering table service to our bar guests along with supporting the restaurant through dispense service delivering a perfect drink every time.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have a passion for service and a desire to deliver AA 5 star standards
  • Play your role in delivering an exceptional guest journey
  • Pass on your excellent product knowledge of all food and beverage
  • Work as part of the team, help out your fellow team members where necessary.
  • Work within the AA 5 Star standards

General Duties / Responsibilities

  • To fully co-operate with customers, colleagues and management maintaining a positive approach at all times
  • To undertake any reasonable task requested by management to the best of your ability.
  • To effectively communicate and share information to the benefit of all departments.
  • Support, coach & help train new starters in your areas providing them with the skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to all Regulations in respect of Health & Safety, Fire Procedures, Risk Assessments, Emergency Procedures and COSHH by laws as per company regulations

Person Specification

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Previous guest relations, customer service experience preferred
  • Fully conversant in English language
