Set in the heart of Bankside, just steps from some of London’s most famous landmarks such as Tate Modern, Borough Market and The Shard. Hilton London Bankside is home to 292, and one beautiful penthouse apartment, which boasts its own private roof terrace, a 100m2 entertainment area and views across the London skyline.

The hotel also brings a new neighbourhood eatery, the OXBO Bankside Restaurant, to the area, alongside The Distillery, a cool and casual bar. As well as, the breath-taking 570m² ballroom, and stunning event rooms space which can accommodate a variety of events, from small and intimate, to larger-scale, more spectacular celebrations and gala dinners, catering from 8 to 700 guests.

We are now looking for a Finance Associate - Income Auditor

Position Purpose

  •   Responsible for ensuring that hotel revenues are correctly accounted, losses minimised, revenue audit procedures are followed and updated the procedures as and when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare morning reports to Head Office regarding room guest statistics, Flash report by Hotel and OOO Rooms
  • Ensure that following reconciliations are done daily: Revenue & payment input and balancing out totalsF&B Discount report and supporting back ups OnQ Allowances report and supporting back ups F&B Voids report and supporting back upsDeal with Guest Credit/Debit card queriesI Over and shortGuest Ledger Sales Ledger Deposit Ledger
  • Balance All Ledgers
  • Review Paid Outs report and communicate and action with General Cashier
  • Banking report review and posting for Cash / Chq/ spec. banking
  • Credit/Debit Card reconciliation - charges on OnQ and Micros with 3C and PDQ reports.
  • Covers for Hotel and F&B outlets input and balancing out totals VAT
    • Check manual Postings, In House guest rates, Credit Card Balancing Report, Room Status Discrepancy Report, Complimentary Room back up, Out of Order Rooms Report, BEO's instructions are correctly posted in


  • Gratuities, Tips and Porterage Report submitted to HOD and Payroll Manager for distribution to employees.
  • Deal with Charge Backs in a timely manner and keep appropriate records.
