Hilton London Bankside is home to 292, and one beautiful penthouse apartment, which boasts its own private roof terrace, a 100m2 entertainment area and views across the London skyline.
The hotel also brings a new neighbourhood eatery, the OXBO Bankside Restaurant, to the area, alongside The Distillery, a cool and casual bar. As well as, the breath-taking 570m² ballroom, and stunning event rooms space which can accommodate a variety of events, from small and intimate, to larger-scale, more spectacular celebrations and gala dinners, catering from 8 to 700 guests.

We are now looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at the Hilton London Bankside.
Being a key part of the Splendid family, all our team members need to be able to commit to:
Serve all food and beverage to the highest standards of service
Maintain a high level of knowledge of menu items
Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
Maintain good hygiene standards and practice
Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook.
Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the line manager
Accurately and promptly fulfil guest orders and resolve guest complaints
Assist with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service, including cleaning equipment and glassware for service, and preparing waiter service stations and tables
Assist with minibar operations, including filing, checking, and restocking the minibar, ordering and recording stock replacement, and billing items in accordance to hotel policy
