Guest Service Assistant, County Hotel, Euston

As a Guest Service Assistant, you’ll deliver a friendly and efficient service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You’ll be attentive to our guests needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently. You will be totally guest focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

This hotel is a Convenient and affordable hotel in the centre of London. We have a variety of rooms that suit all the guests needs. All our rooms are functional with bathrooms being shared between 4 rooms and every room has a wash basin and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Our diverse and friendly team is always ready to deliver the best customer service experience.

Your role in our family:

As a Receptionist, key to your role:

  • Undertake all Front of House duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests.
  • Building a great rapport with all our guests and making it your number one priority to resolve any complaints or issues to maintain the highest quality customer service.
  • Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
  • To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner
  • Undertake all training as required (e.g. first aid, health and safety, customer service).
  • As one family we work as a team, at times we may need you to work in different areas of the hotel including serving in the restaurant, and actioning special guest requests
