Head Bartender, The Grand York 

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Service Charge & Overtime Paid. 

We are looking for a Head Bartender to assist in the day to day running of our 1906 bar and cocktail lounge. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, and excellent mixology knowledge with a passion for guest service.

• Supervising bar shifts in the absence of Bar and Lounge Manager 
• Develop and train team to the highest standard 
• Take pride in presentation, and ensure all products are of a 5* standard 
• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be flexible in an ever-changing environment 
• Assist with stock taking and beverage orders
• Be part of menu design and development 
• Cash handling duties
• Conflict resolution 
• Offer assistance to other food and beverage outlets where necessary
