Hilton London Bankside is home to 292, and one beautiful penthouse apartment, which boasts its own private roof terrace, a 100m2 entertainment area and views across the London skyline.

The hotel also brings a new neighbourhood eatery, the OXBO Bankside Restaurant, to the area, alongside The Distillery, a cool and casual bar. As well as, the breath-taking 570m² ballroom, and stunning event rooms space which can accommodate a variety of events, from small and intimate, to larger-scale, more spectacular celebrations and gala dinners, catering from 8 to 700 guests.

Position Purpose

  •   To audit the daily revenue and  settlement transactions for daily and monthly reporting ensuring that policies and procedures are followed to ensure that all revenues are collected and correctly reported

Key Responsibilities

  • Check daily revenue and settlement data to underlying records and prepare Daily Revenue Report
  • Ensure that the Property Management Systems ledgers are balanced on a daily basis
  • Reconcile bankings and credit card receipts
  • Handle guests queries
  • Ensure that credits, rebates or allowances are correctly authorised and processed
  •  Assist in month end accounts preparation


Person Specification

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Hotel and Front Desk experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Flexibility and Multitasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • On Q PM and Micros Experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage

2. Proven Experience/Education Level

  • A levels or equivalent
