We are now looking for an optimistic and service-minded Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team at the award-winning Hilton London Bankside.

Position Purpose

We are looking for an individual with excellent confidence and a passion for service. You will be able to engage with guests and look out for new ways of improving the guest experience in the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

When working as a Night Receptionist you will be the first person to welcome our guests, and your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests
  • To assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related matters
  • Completing Front Office administration tasks
  • Promoting the hotel, food and drink outlets, and the hotel services at all times
  • Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel, and assisting them when necessary
  • Ensuring all relevant feedback from guests is dealt with in an efficient manner
  • To administer cash and floats in an accurate manner.
  • To undertake all training as required (e.g. first aid, health and safety, customer service).

  • Knowledge of a second language

Proven Experience/Education Level

  • A completed degree in Hotel/Hospitality management is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in other companies/hotel departments within the industry
