People Advisor (Multi-site)

Our People Advisor will work across our varied hotel portfolio supporting the operations of the business, delivering key elements of the People plan with a focus on workforce planning and leadership best practice. This role will be based in the Midlands or North and be willing to travel, proactively supporting the Head of People Operations and our hotel leaders with a relentless desire to build Commercial success through activities that will improve Splendid Family Member and Guest experience.

Your role in our family:

Key responsibilities to your role: 

  • Support managers with HR policy in practice; providing guidance and coaching to resolve people related issues
  • Support and assist with the effective recruitment of managers and team members, supporting hiring managers.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on people capability to drive workforce engagement and performance.
  • Support managers with escalated, lower risk ER investigations, hearings and outcomes.
  • Act as coach and challenger to managers to develop their thinking, behaviours and leadership.
  • Be visible at properties; working closely with leadership teams to improve business performance.
