As front Office Manager you will oversees the complete day-to-day Reception Department including admin, ensuring the team provide consistent and exceptional service delivery to guests.  Implement company and brand policies and procedures which will ensure that the Department is responsibly run and compliant. Maximizing occupancy and F&B revenue stream (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bar & M&E) through agreed Sales, Marketing and Revenue strategies, as well as delivering a consistent and predictable gross operating profit margins with the assigned Support Team

Your role in our family:

Key responsibilities to your role: 

  • Understand top line revenue strategy and maximise hotel occupancy by managing room inventory whilst delivering consistent and predictable bottom-line results for the Room Department.
  • To ensure the Reception / FOH department has the right people, in the right place, at the right time as demonstrated to be fully compliant with company people processes and agreed manning guide to flex with payroll budget %.
  • To run a responsible business as demonstrated by full compliance with external legislative and statutory requirements as well as internal operational control checks.
  • To effectively recruit, lead and develop a highly motivated team maintaining exceptional standards of product and service delivery and constantly exceeding customer expectations.
  • To fully support the implementation of Group and Brand projects and policies
  • Guest Experience:
    • Handling customer complaints.
    • Review guest and respond feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
    • Communicate to other departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups, and other key guests.
