An experienced Spa Receptionist with excellent customer service skills

Position Purpose

  •   To be the first point of contact for guests and ensure an exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and Closing the Spa.
  • Taking Spa bookings either by telephone, email or in person.
  • Following all the Spa Health & Safety procedures.
  • Retail and treatment sales.
  • Processing payments.  
  • Guest services.
  • Ensuring Spa is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Pool & Plant testing and monitoring.

Person Specification

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  •  Preferred - Experience of working in a Spa  or similar customer facing environment. 
  •  Exceptional - Able to cover spa treatments as and when needed or Pool Plant /Leisure Qualification.

2. Proven Experience/Education Level

  •  Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2 or above would be an advantage.
  •  Good standard of English both verbal and written.
