Job Description

The Spa at The Grand, York is operated by Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs. As a Grand, York Spa Therapist you'll deliver a friendly and efficient service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You will make recommendations based on guest's individual needs, all by maintaining efficiency and the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for the beauty industry and hold a Level 2 & 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy. You will enjoy working with people and have a genuine desire to offer the best standards in the treatments you deliver. As a Spa Therapist at The Grand, York you will also complete Spa Reception duties that will involve but not be limited to looking after our spa facilities, guests on their arrival, taking reservations, being a pool responder once trained and qualified, confirming bookings whilst giving guests a 5* Grand welcome. We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, and motivated to work both individually and as part of a team. The successful candidate must mirror our Grand Values of, Drive, Excellence and Care.
