Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Development Analyst to join the dynamic team at Splendid Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in property development and possess strong analytical skills. This role involves evaluating potential acquisition or development opportunities, conducting market research, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will be required to build high level financial models to project costs, revenues and related financial metrics to aid decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and financial modelling, with experience in the hospitality sector being advantageous.

About Us

We are looking for a talented Construction Development Manager to join our team and help bring our new developments to life.
Role in our Family
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyse market trends, property values, and economic factors.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis for acquisition or development opportunities.
• Create feasibilities and appraisals for developments, extensions and other value adding opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and decision papers for each opportunity for review with the relevant Splendid Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, construction, and legal departments.
• Progress concept designs and pre-app processes for selected projects.
• Manage timeframes and external consultants across all projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for monthly and quarterly Development Board and Stage Gateway meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Science, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in property development or related real estate role
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel
• Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong attention to detail and organisational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; self-starter
